Preparing for your appointment

Before your appointment, there are a few things you'll need to do:

• Please remove any items on top of your piano, such as lamps, music, ornaments etc. and set them to one side in a safe place. 
• Please make sure that the area surrounding the piano is clear as I'll need to take off some of the case parts to perform services.
• Ensure that the environment is as quiet as possible, try to hold off doing the laundry or hoovering for example.
